THE SHAGGY DOG (movie released 3/19/59)
SHAGGY DOG
TOMMY KIRK
Tommy Kirk stars as Wilby Daniels in this Walt Disney movie classic about a boy who goes under a spell, turns into a dog, then back to a boy, uncontrollably, at the worst possible times. Remember when at the movies, the laughter got so loud, you started missing some of the dialog, after a joke. It's really great to see a vintage film like this again.

Wilby found a ring in the cuff of his pants. The phrase on the ring was "In canis corpore transmuto". Wilby said it sounded like Latin, and in trying to figure out what it meant, he said "Into dog something." transmuto.
